prime location friendly staff rooftop restaurant
The hotel's location impressed me.. it is a short walk to hagia sophia. the staff was friendly and helpful . i especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. It offers amazing views and delicious food.

small room awful view
the hotel's location was quite central. it was close to major attractions.
the room was a let down. it was so small i could hardly move. the view was awful. it reminded me of i was given a room nobody wanted.

the staff provided helpful information to local points of interest. i borrowed a phone charger from them. breakfast included a full course with polite service.
the room i was in was too small. noise came from downstairs. the prayer sound was too loud as well. it was not ideal for someone wanting silent sleep.

The location was really good. It made getting to the main attractions quite easy.
My room was far from ideal. It was small and felt cramped. the breakfast was repetitive. I ate the same thing every day. staff didn't seem particularly attentive. I felt a bit ignored!
